What is the drying oven, which is known as the "hot drying device" and the "summer sun"? It is not only an instrument with a complex structure, but also plays an indispensable role in many fields. Next, let us walk into the world of drying boxes and explore the mystery behind it.
Drying boxes, which are widely used in many industries, can be divided into electrothermal constant temperature drying boxes, electrothermal blast drying boxes, vacuum drying boxes, infrared drying boxes, etc. depending on the drying materials. Drying boxes play an indispensable role in industries such as biochemistry, electronic communications, plastics, cables, electroplating, hardware, automobiles, photoelectricity, rubber products, molds, spraying, printing, medical, aerospace and colleges and universities. This wide application demand has promoted the diversification of drying boxes, and also put forward higher requirements for the structural quality of products.
The structure of the drying box mainly includes the following parts:
Made of steel plate, there is a studio dedicated to placing test samples inside. The studio is also equipped with test article shelves to facilitate placing test articles on them for drying. In order to ensure good insulation effect, a thick insulation layer is filled between the studio and the shell of the box, and silicon wool or perlite is usually used as insulation material. In addition, the doors of some drying boxes are equipped with glass doors or observation ports, so that users can observe the drying conditions in the studio at any time.
There are various heating methods for drying boxes, common ones include resistance wires or resistance strips and infrared emitting devices. These heaters can effectively provide the required heat to the working room, thereby achieving the drying effect of the test samples.
The drying oven is equipped with sensors and electronic components to accurately control the temperature and time in the studio. These control systems ensure the safety and effectiveness of the drying process.
In addition, some advanced drying boxes are also equipped with fans to further improve the uniformity of temperature in the box by enhancing gas convection in the box. For those substances that are heat-sensitive or easily oxidizable, the drying oven adopts the method of evacuating or filling inert gas after evacuating to ensure the stability and safety of the drying process.
Electric constant temperature drying boxes are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, scientific research units, etc., and are mainly used for drying, wax melting and sterilization operations. However, it should be noted that it is not appropriate to put volatile compounds or flammable and explosive items into the drying box to ensure safe use.
A drying box, also often called an oven or oven, includes a box, an electric heater and a temperature control system. The traditional drying box structure is shown in the figure, but the drying boxes produced in recent years have been further upgraded on this basis and are equipped with a temperature display and temperature setter, making the operation more convenient and intelligent.
Electric heating constant temperature drying boxes have many distinctive characteristics, including their wide application fields, intelligent structural configuration and excellent performance. These characteristics make drying boxes an ideal choice for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, scientific research institutions and other places, and can meet various drying, wax melting and sterilization needs. At the same time, its intelligent temperature control system and convenient operation methods also greatly improve efficiency and safety.
The design of the electric heating constant temperature drying box is unique, and its electric heater is cleverly installed under the studio in the box. This design not only optimizes the drying effect, but also ensures stable operation of the equipment in high temperature environments. In addition, the drying oven can easily reach temperatures of 250 ° C, 300 ° C and even higher, such as 400 ° C, 500 ° C and 1000 ° C, thereby meeting various complex drying needs.
Before using the electric constant temperature drying oven, a series of preparatory work is needed. These preparation steps are designed to ensure optimal performance and safe operation of the equipment, including checking power cords, adjusting temperature controllers, and confirming the cleanliness of the studio. Following these preparation steps, users can easily start and start using the drying oven and enjoy its efficient and safe drying services.
1. Place the electric heating constant temperature drying oven on a dry and horizontal floor indoors without the need to use other fixing devices.
2. Install an iron-shell blade switch on the power supply line, specially used for drying boxes, and ensure that a wire twice as thick as the power cord is used as the ground wire to ensure effective grounding.
3. Before powering on, be sure to check whether the voltage of the drying box is consistent with the required value, convert the appropriate current based on the total power, and connect the power cord of the corresponding specification.
4. After completing all preparatory work, you can place the test sample and close the box door, and then connect the power to start working.
5. Do not remove the side door or change the line at will. Only when the drying box fails can the side door be removed for inspection. If there is a major fault, please contact our factory or maintenance point.
1. After turning on the power supply, turn on the power heating switch. If the required temperature is higher than 150 ° C, turn to the high temperature position; otherwise, just use the power position and turn the thermostat knob clockwise from the "O" position to the required temperature point. At this time, the box begins to heat up, and the green light of the meter lights up as an indication. At the same time, turn on the blower switch to start the blower.
2. When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, the green light goes out and the red light comes on, which means that the constant temperature setpoint has been reached (please note that the temperature may continue to rise at the constant temperature point. This is the influence of residual heat and will tend to stabilize after half an hour). For Model 101A and 202A drying ovens, the red number shows the current temperature. If you need to adjust, just turn the knob slightly.
3. Once the constant temperature is reached, the drying oven can be kept at constant temperature for a certain period of time according to test needs. During this process, the temperature controller in the box will automatically adjust the temperature without manual intervention.
4. If you need to observe the condition of the test samples in the studio, you can open the box door and observe through the glass door or observation door in the box. However, please try to avoid opening the box door frequently to avoid affecting the constant temperature effect. When the temperature rises to 300 ° C, opening the box door may cause the glass door to cool sharply and rupture.
5. When using the drying box, please also refer to the instrument manual for more operating details.
6. When newly purchased drying boxes are used for the first time, hot air evaporation and burnt paint smell may occur. This is caused by the surface evaporation of the constant temperature paint. This phenomenon will naturally disappear after one hour of use.
1. Do not put flammable and volatile substances into this drying box to avoid explosion and ensure safe use.
2. When supplying power, be sure to ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated working voltage of the drying box to prevent damage to the electronic instrument.
3. When placing test samples, pay attention to the load-bearing limit of the shelf. The average load is 15 kilograms per square meter to avoid over-density or overloading, and at the same time ensure that no test samples or other items on the cooling plate hinder the circulation of hot air.
4. Before use, carefully check the installation of the heater's heating wire to prevent overlapping or collision of the heating wires to ensure safe use.
5. Do not disassemble any parts of the drying box at will to avoid damaging the electrical circuits.
6. The operating environment temperature of the drying oven should be controlled below 45 ° C to ensure its normal operation.
During the use of the drying box, regular maintenance and repairs are needed to ensure long-term stable operation. For specific maintenance and repair matters, please refer to the operating instructions of the drying oven.
1. Before starting the drying oven, be sure to verify whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the drying oven to prevent equipment damage due to inconsistent voltages.
2. Please ensure that the drying oven is in an environment free of acid, alkali and other corrosive substances to protect the electronic components inside it from damage.
3. If you need to move the drying box, you should move it with care to avoid loosening of internal electrical circuit contacts due to severe vibration.
4. Please carefully take care of the exterior paint of the drying box, because this is not only related to the appearance of the box, but also closely related to the service life of the box.
